We funded experiments, supported builders, and invited innovation across the stack. That exploration laid critical groundwork, but it also clarified where we create the most value.

We’re engineers at heart. And what the Ethereum ecosystem needs most right now isn’t more speculative, narrative-chasing experiments. It’s robust, verifiable infrastructure that can scale with integrity.

Cartesi’s PRT Honeypot recently became one of only two rollup projects in the entire Ethereum ecosystem to receive a Stage 2 classification from L2BEAT. Now, we’re sharpening our focus and doubling down on our strength as an elite engineering project, dedicated to building foundational infrastructure that serves Ethereum’s core technical needs.

Our work is grounded in first principles: decentralization, security, and verifiability. Not surface-level metrics or flavors of the week.

We’re building for Ethereum first, where our architecture, including Cartesi Rollups, our fraud proof system, and the Cartesi Machine, can serve as essential pillars for secure, scalable execution. And while our tech is modular enough to adapt beyond Ethereum, our current center of gravity lies squarely with the ecosystem that most aligns with our values.
